Job summary

Atrium Centers is hiring a Cook to prepare meals for residents in a 100% employee-owned environment. You will follow dietary plans, ensure safety, and support timely service with a team-focused approach.

Candidate should have at least 1 year of cooking experience in large groups, preferably in long-term care. Excellent attendance, communication, and a service-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year cooking experience for a large group; long-term care or institutional experience preferred
• Ability to scale and quantify recipes to meet facility needs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Service-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
• Excellent attendance and reliability
