Job summary

Atrium Centers is hiring a Cook to nourish residents with meals tailored to dietary needs and approved menus. You will follow dietary guidelines and work under the Dietary Supervisor to ensure consistent quality, safety, and timely service in a warm, team-oriented kitchen.

Ideal candidates have at least one year cooking for large groups, be reliable, and eager to learn. Strong communication and a service mindset are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year cooking experience for a large group; long-term care or institutional experience preferred.
• Ability to scale and quantify recipes to meet facility needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
