Job summary

Atrium Centers Plainwell Pines Nursing & Rehabilitation Community in Plainwell, MI, is seeking a dedicated cook to nourish residents with meals prepared to dietary needs and menu plans, in a warm, resident-focused dining environment.

You will follow the Dietary Supervisor, maintain a clean kitchen, ensure proper food handling, and contribute to timely meal service, with emphasis on reliability, teamwork, and great attendance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year cooking experience for a large group; long-term care or institutional experience preferred.
• Ability to scale and quantify recipes to meet facility needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
