Tonganoxie Terrace is actively hiring a Dietary Cook to prepare meals that meet nutritional guidelines and resident preferences. The Dietary Cook plays a vital role in food quality, safety, and resident satisfaction.

As a Dietary Cook, you will support daily meal production and kitchen operations while ensuring a positive dining experience for residents. This full-time daytime role offers a compensation of $17 per hour with benefits including health, dental, vision and life insurance, a 401(k)

Qualificações

• Cooking or food service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare meals as the Dietary Cook according to menus, recipes, and dietary guidelines.
• Ensure meals meet quality, portion, and presentation standards.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols.
• Properly handle, store, and label food items.
• Assist with kitchen cleanliness, dishwashing, and organization.
• Support dietary team operations and meal service as needed.

Schedule and Employment Type

• Full-Time Days (6AM – 2:30PM) | Rotating Days depending on scheduling needs
