Job summary

Canyon Springs Post Acute is seeking an experienced Dietary Cook to join our dietary services team in San Jose, CA. The role is full-time with split AM/PM shifts and pay between $20.00 and $21.00 per hour, DOE. Prior SNF or healthcare kitchen experience is preferred.

Responsibilities include following menus and therapeutic diets, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean, compliant kitchen. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Previous Dietary Cook experience in SNF, post-acute, rehab, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets, texture-modified diets, and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work scheduled AM and PM shifts.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and teamwork skills.

Canyon Springs Post Acute is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Dietary Cook to join our dietary services team. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), rehabilitation center, or healthcare setting and is committed to providing residents with high-quality, nutritious meals that meet therapeutic dietary requirements.

Dietary Cook (SNF Experience Preferred)

Full-Time | Split Shift (2 Days AM / 2 Days PM)

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour DOE

Key Responsibilities
