The Food and Nutritional Cook prepares food in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, following established policies and procedures. The role involves working under the direction of the Head Cook and/or Director of Food and Nutritional Services to ensure quality nutritional services at all times. Experience in a healthcare nutrition setting and knowledge of quantity food preparation and portioning are preferred. Multiple shifts available; hours and pay will be discussed during the interview.
