Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking a dedicated dietary team member for our skilled nursing facilities in Chesapeake, VA. You will prepare meals per resident diets and follow strict food-safety protocols.

We offer open interviews, flexible pay options including daily and on-demand pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. Positions include full-time and part-time shifts with wage ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet and remain current with state requirements for food handler training.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, community procedures, and food safety and sanitation regulations, under the supervision of the Food Service Director. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent is required.
  • We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.
• Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.

Shift and Wage:
