Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking a part-time dietary team member for a skilled nursing setting. You will prepare meals per resident diets and community procedures, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met while under the Food Service Director's supervision.

The role offers daily support, tuition opportunities, and a positive, family-like atmosphere with comprehensive benefits. Shifts are Days, wage is $18.00 per hour, and on-site work in a supportive team is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; GED guidance available.
• Working knowledge of fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet state requirements for food handler training.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, community procedures, and food safety and sanitation regulations, under the supervision of the Food Service Director.Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent is required.
  • We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.
• Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.

Shift and Wage:
