Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated dietary team member for a skilled nursing setting in Charlottesville. You will prepare meals per prescribed diet specifications, under the supervision of the Food Service Director, while adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of food safety, and state food handler training compliance. Full-time shifts include day and evening swaps, with comprehensive benefits and growth

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, community procedures, and food safety and sanitation regulations, under the supervision of the Food Service Director. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

Shift and Wage:
