Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to prepare meals for residents in a skilled nursing setting. You will follow prescribed diet specifications and community procedures while upholding food safety and sanitation standards.

Shifts include Saturdays and Sundays 12:30p-7:00p with wages ranging from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour. A supportive, family-like environment and tuition assistance are offered as part of a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications and community procedures.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain standard of practice.
• Assist the Food Service Director with daily kitchen activities.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, community procedures, and food safety and sanitation regulations, under the supervision of the Food Service Director. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent is required.

• Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.

Shift and Wage:

• Part-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: Saturday and Sunday, 12:30p - 7:00p
• Wage: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
