Job summary

Boulder Post Acute is hiring a part-time Dietary Cook to join our food services team in Boulder, CO. You will prep, cook, and garnish meals while ensuring dietary restrictions are met and ingredients are fresh.

You’ll keep the kitchen clean and well-maintained, with ServSafe certification a plus. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of cooking experience in a hospital or long-term care setting.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a cook in a hospital or long-term care facility for not less than one year.

Responsibilities

• Prepping meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients.
• Cooking meals.
• Checking ingredients for freshness and dietary restrictions.
• Arranging and garnishing the dishes.
• Ensuring the kitchen and equipment are cleaned and maintained.

What to Expect:

You will also be in charge of ensuring that the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.

Servesafe certification a plus!

Successful Candidates:

Rate Range:

$19-$23 / per hour
