Job summary

Boulder Post Acute in Boulder, CO is hiring a Dietary Cook for a full-time shift to support our senior residents with nutritious meals and compassionate care.

You will prepare meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients, cook and plate meals, monitor freshness and dietary restrictions, garnish dishes, and keep the kitchen clean and well-maintained to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of cook experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
• Servesafe certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients.
• Cook meals and monitor freshness and dietary restrictions.
• Wash, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment and area.
