Job Description

To prepare food in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, following our established policies and procedures, and as directed by the Food Services Director or designee. The goal is to ensure quality food service at all times.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic food preparation and therapeutic diets.
• Ability to manage and direct staff assigned to your position.
• Must have a physical examination and/or evidence from a physician indicating freedom from communicable disease upon employment.
• Must be in good physical and mental health.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Effective communication skills.
