Medical City McKinney, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Dietary Clerk to ensure accurate diet orders, edit menus, and coordinate with the production team to deliver meals to patients.

The role requires attention to detail, basic arithmetic, and strong communication. A high school diploma is preferred, and prior food service experience is valued. This hospital setting emphasizes safety and nutrition in patient care.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Ensures all patients’ diet orders are completed accurately by maintaining up to date order information, editing menus following the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Nutrition Care Manual, obtaining patient menu selections, communicating menu needs to production team, assembling food trays following food safety guidelines, and delivering food trays to patients.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience

• One or more years of experience in food service preferred.
