Medical City McKinney is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Technician to join our behavioral health team. You will contribute to high-quality patient care, promote a therapeutic milieu, respect patient rights, and maintain a safe, compassionate environment for all individuals in our care.
Your responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, documenting observations in the medical record, escorting patients to activities, and coordinating with nurses
