Job Title: Dietary Assistant

Summary

The primary role of the Dietary Assistant is to clean food preparation areas and dishes, and assist with the preparation of food trays and nourishments for residents.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare hot and cold foods and beverages, maintaining all meal schedules.
• Prepare trays with proper and accurate food items, and transport meals. Prepare snacks and nourishments for residents.
• Clean food preparation areas, dishes, utensils, glasses, cups, etc.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow time schedules for meal preparation and serving.
• Clear ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
