A Dining Services Assistant / Dietary Aide is responsible for assisting in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures. The role involves ensuring each resident receives high-quality dining experiences with every meal, emphasizing resident-centered care and creating a homelike environment.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and/or TRAINING:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with regular and texture-modified diets is a plus.
