Job summary

Excelcare Health Management in Dover, NJ is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to support meal service, assist with food preparation, and maintain a clean dining environment for our residents.

You will deliver trays, follow dietary guidelines, assist with storage and inventory, and collaborate with dietary and nursing staff to meet residents' needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food service or healthcare setting a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
