Excelcare Health Management, a renowned provider of rehabilitation and healing services, is seeking a reliable and compassionate Dietary Assistant to join our team at Lewes. You will support meal service, food preparation, and maintain a clean, safe dining environment for residents.

As a Dietary Assistant, you will help prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines, deliver trays, follow portion control and sanitation procedures, and assist with stocking, menu preferences, and resident

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or healthcare is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

You will also clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and dishware, assist with food storage and inventory rotation, provide snacks and hydration as directed, and support special dietary needs and resident preferences.
