Set Weekly Schedule With One Required Weekend Day

Dietary Assistant Responsibilities include:

1. Assists chefs in the food preparation tasks, as assigned.
2. Completes the dishwashing tasks and schedules for efficient dining service operations.
3. Maintains standards for dining services to the Residents to include efficient meal service delivery, customer service, and cleanliness of the dining room and kitchen.
4. Assures serving meals to Residents within the scheduled time frame.
5. Reports problems, concerns, and issues observed with food service and communicates them appropriately.
6. Observes changes in Resident status, needs, or preferences and communicates them appropriately.
7. Observes other problems and communicates them appropriately.
8. Observes all work, safety, and administrative rules to include local and state requirements.

Ideal candidate will:

1. Have one to two years’ experience in a similar position preferred.
2. Enjoy providing exceptional customer service and care to our senior residents.
3. Appreciate the value of being a dependable & responsible member of a greater team.
4. Be open-minded; willing to listen to and share new ideas.
