Aventura at Pembrooke is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support meal preparation and service in our skilled nursing facility. You will help deliver nutritious meals to residents, maintain a clean dining area, and assist with dietary compliance while providing friendly, attentive care.

In this full-time role, you will work with a collaborative team to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met, follow guidelines, and help residents enjoy their meals with dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food service experience in healthcare or hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks according to dietary guidelines.
• Set up trays and ensure proper portioning and presentation of food.

Position Summary:
