Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service: assemble trays and deliver meal carts.
• Maintain cleanliness: dispose of refuse per policy.
• Manage supplies: rotate food and floor supplies (FIFO).
• Prepare foods following menu and recipes safely.
• Serve meals as directed by recipes and sheets.
• Sanitize equipment: wash, sanitize, and store dishes and utensils.
