Texoma Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support nutrition and resident care. You will assemble trays, deliver meal carts, help maintain cleanliness, and follow recipes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to assist with meal service.
• Must maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble trays and deliver meal carts to nursing or dining areas.
• Dispose of refuse in accordance with department policies and procedures.
• Deliver and rotate food and floor supplies according to standards (first in, first out).
• Follow menu and standardized recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently.
• Portion and serve meals as directed by recipes and spreadsheet instructions.
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment properly.
