Responsibilities

• Assist with Meal Service: assemble trays and deliver to dining areas.
• Maintain Cleanliness: dispose of refuse per policies.
• Manage Supplies: rotate food and floor supplies (FIFO).
• Prepare Foods: follow recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently.
• Serve Meals: portion and serve according to recipes and instructions.
• Sanitize Equipment: wash, sanitize, and store dishes and utensils.
