Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service: assemble trays and deliver meal carts.
• Maintain cleanliness and dispose of refuse per procedures.
• Manage supplies: rotate food and floor supplies (FIFO).
• Prepare foods following menu and recipes for safe service.
• Serve meals as directed by recipes and instructions.
• Sanitize equipment and store dishes and utensils properly.
