No prior experience required; full training is provided. This FULL_TIME role offers a $1000 sign-on bonus, weekend/evening shifts, and the chance to grow within a dedicated care team focused on quality meals and resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• 0 years of experience in food service (training provided).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to lift, bend and move equipment and supplies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, serving, and collection of meals and snacks per dietary guidelines.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and food prep areas to maintain sanitation.
• Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and serve menus for residents.
• Monitor and manage food inventory to ensure quality meals.
• Develop relationships with residents, families, and healthcare staff to meet needs.
• Participate in training and quality improvement initiatives to maintain high care standards.
