Job summary

Recover-Care is seeking a day and evening dietary aide to assist in meal preparation, service, and cleanup for patients and staff at our nursing center. You will work under the food service director, supporting cooks and handling nourishments and beverages according to center procedures.

From the general duties to the safety standards, this role emphasizes sanitation, organization and teamwork in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• The dietary aide candidate will have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand English for business necessity.
• Basic understanding of sanitation, organization and safety.
• Prior experience in food service preferred.
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred
