Job summary

Cascade Living Group invites you to join our Dining Services team as a Dining Services Associate (Dietary Aide). You will help prepare, maintain and reset dining spaces, assist with food prep, plating and tray delivery, and build strong relationships with residents and staff.

We offer both part-time and full-time roles, weekend shifts, no late nights, and a robust benefits package. Pay ranges from $14.00 to $16.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and reset dining room for all meals.
• Assisting with food preparation, plating meals, and dishwashing
• Fill resident food requests, transport food to dining room or deliver service trays to resident’s units
• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff
• Build a strong rapport with residents, family members, and staff that contributes positively to our residents well-being
• Actively participate as a member of a team and work towards goals set by management
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

Working as a Dining Services Associate (Dietary Aide), you will:
