Arcadia Care is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist with daily food service tasks in accordance with established menus, recipes and special diet orders.

You will review, prepare and serve meals, help keep the department clean and safe, and deliver snacks as instructed. This role entails supportive patient care in a residential setting and requires a friendly, patient demeanor.

Job Summary:

The Dietary Aide is responsible for aiding all food functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established food policies and procedures.

Essential Duties:

• Review, prepare & serve meals in accordance with planned menus with standardized recipes & special diet orders. Also ensure food, etc., is prepared in accordance with sanitary regulations.
• Ensure that the department is maintained in a clean and safe manner.
• Prepare & deliver snacks, etc., as instructed.
