Job Summary

The Dietary/Kitchen Aide is responsible for aiding all food functions as directed or instructed and in accordance with established food policies and procedures.

Essential Duties

• Review, prepare & serve meals in accordance with planned menus and standardized recipes, including special diet orders.
• Ensure food, kitchen, and facility are maintained in accordance with sanitary regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe department.
• Prepare and deliver snacks as instructed.
• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and clean‑up of meals and prep areas.
