Arcadia Care in Aledo, IL is seeking a Dietary Aide to support food function operations in accordance with policy. You will review, prepare and serve meals per planned menus and dietary orders, while maintaining sanitary standards and a clean, safe department.

The role involves preparing and delivering snacks as instructed and ensuring compliance with regulations. Strong patience, tact, and a cheerful disposition are essential for working with residents.

• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition & enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level, they are currently functioning.
