Otterbein Tipp City is seeking Dietary Aides to join our vibrant not-for-profit retirement community. You will assist in the preparation and serving of quality meals to residents, guests, and staff, following sanitary practices and dietary guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instruction.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently or with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Organizes diet cards prior to each meal.
• Assists with washing and storing dishes and utensils.
• Prepares morning, afternoon and evening snacks.
• Assembles trays according to menus and diet orders within time frames.
• Responsible for setting and clearing tables between meals.
• Records temperatures of food and beverages.
