We are currently seeking a Food Service Assistant to assist with preparing food items, unit packing, and distributing meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) according to RD and FSM approved menus. The role includes helping with dietary restrictions for patients, cleaning serving areas and equipment, and ensuring proper hygiene, food handling, and storage techniques to maintain food safety. Responsibilities also include sanitation of refrigerators, ovens, and stoves in the units. The position requires commitment every other weekend and holiday.

High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to read and write in English and perform basic math for recipe and portion adjustments. One year of serving experience preferred. Experience in a psychiatric setting and/or with adolescents is helpful.
