Oaklawn is seeking a Dietary Aide to support meals, tray setup, dining room service, and routine dietary duties in our facility. You will follow established policies and assist the dietitian with planned changes.

The on-site role emphasizes sanitation, inventory support, meal delivery, and accurate diet spreadsheets, while delivering safe, appetizing meals and respectful customer service to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Assists in basic dietary tasks in accordance with policy and procedure.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation in food preparation and service areas.
• Works with the dietitian and supervisor to implement dietary changes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serves meals that are palatable and appetizing at designated times.
• Sets up meal trays, carts, and dining areas as instructed.
• Assists in checking diet trays before distribution and serving meals.
• Prepares and delivers snacks and related items.
• Delivers food carts/trays to designated areas and supports inventory.
