What You’ll Do in This Role:

The Pots and Pans position keeps the kitchen running smoothly by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment to meet sanitation standards. Primary Responsibilities:

• Washing dirty dishes, cutting boards, utensils and cooking equipment.
• Responsible for set up, cleaning and break down of the dish machine, pot & pans area, washing of dishes, glasses and small wares.
• Create an enjoyable dining experience, serving residents and their guests
• Take orders in restaurant service style setting
• Maintain a clean and organized dining and service area

What You’ll Need:

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
• Prior experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant, nursing home, or retirement community serving older adults is preferred
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
