FutureCare Associates, Inc. is seeking a Dietary Aide/Porter to join the Food & Hospitality Department.

The role involves assisting in food preparation, serving residents, and maintaining dining area cleanliness under the supervision of the Clinical Food Service Director. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Must be courteous and friendly at all times.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the preparation of hot and/or cold foods.
• Serve and deliver food to residents as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas as assigned.
• Properly store food utilizing knowledge of temperature requirements and spoilage.
• Transport/deliver food/beverage items to assigned residents.
• Assist Lead Porter or other staff in lifting or transporting large utilities within the kitchen area.
• Load/operate dishwasher machine.
• Ensure proper temperature, chemical supplies, and clean water levels are maintained for proper sanitation.
