We are hiring a casual Dining Assistant / Dietary Aide, picking up shifts as needed (days and afternoons). This position provides healthy, homemade meals within a convent home for Franciscan sisters in Lodi, NJ (near Felician University).

Job Summary

The Dining Assistant prepares, serves, and delivers food according to established policies. Responsibilities include cleaning food service areas and equipment, and ensuring proper storage of food and dining supplies. Our team supports the religious life of sisters by creating a warm, caring environment and fostering meaningful interactions.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of two (2) years of food service or restaurant experience; experience in a healthcare environment is preferred but not required.
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Skills: professionalism, positive attitude, willingness to learn, teamwork, familiarity with kitchen environment.
