Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an administrative or clerical position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Education or experience in nutrition or dietary requirements.
• Computer experience to include financial management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation for patient meal service by processing diet orders in hospital systems.
• Enter tube feeding products and snacks into Mass Cash POS for timely delivery to units.
• Assist patients via telephone orders with menu selection and education on diet orders.
• Update changes from diet sheets for each mealtime.
• Visit or call patients who need assistance with menu selection and perform daily stocking duties.
