You will assist with food preparation, service, sanitation, and maintain records of meal counts and inventory. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds; teamwork and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in food service or healthcare environment preferred.
• Ability to lift, bend, and move equipment and supplies up to 25 pounds.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and handling practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dietary staff with food preparation, service, and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Support the dietary manager in maintaining accurate records of meal counts, inventory, and food temperatures.
• Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, dining areas, and storage spaces.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and efficient meal service.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
