Diamond Healthcare is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to support meal preparation, service, and dining operations in our dietary department. You will assist with preparing meals, delivering trays, and maintaining dining areas to ensure a positive resident experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to diet orders, safety, and clean procedures. This position offers evenings with weekends/holidays as scheduled and opportunities for growth within a compassionate care environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food service or healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout shift.
• Must comply with facility health requirements and background checks.

• Work collaboratively with dietary, nursing, and therapy staff to support resident needs
• Provide friendly and respectful customer service to residents, families, and staff
