Responsibilities

• Serve meals according to portion control procedures.
• Serve meals that are appetizing and palatable in appearance.
• Assist in daily cleaning duties including worktables, meat blocks, and refrigerators/freezers.
• Sweep and mop floors as directed.
• Wash and clean utensils, dishes and cooking items.
• Carry out garbage and keep the work area clean, dry and hazard-free.
• Set up meal trays, food carts, dining room, etc.
• Assist in checking dietary trays before distribution and delivering food carts to designated areas.
