Assists in the preparation of meals and snacks.

Performs cleanup of dining areas.

Assists with receiving, rotating, and storing supplies and food.

Maintains food storage and work areas in a clean and safe manner.

Ensures equipment and supplies are properly maintained.

Helps clean work areas, wash dishes, pans, and utensils.

Interacts with residents, family members, staff, and community members.

Handles food in accordance with sanitary regulations and reports violations immediately.

Qualifications

• Ability to walk, bend, lift, push, pull, turn, stoop, and stretch.
• Ability to unload and stock groceries on shelves of various heights and lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to write, record data, and follow oral and written instructions in English.
• Ability to remain calm and work efficiently in emergencies.
• Effective communication with residents, staff, and families.
• Reliable and able to multitask.
