Responsibilities

Hours of operation: Per diem - 3pm-7pm, five nights per week, includes weekends

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for organizing, preparing, cooking, and serving all food and meals for patients.
  • Works directly with hospice patients and their families within the scope of dietary services.
  • Acts as part of a team and is cross-trained to cover stewarding and cashiering responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • Skills:
    • Works well with others and is flexible.
    • Willing to work with hospice patients.
    • Requires a valid Florida driver's license, ability to drive, a good driving record, and automobile insurance.
  • Professional Requirements:
    • Ability to provide outstanding face-to-face customer service.
    • Available for on-call coverage.
    • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions in English.
