Glenville Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Dietary Aide to support residents with nutritious meals and a safe dining experience. You will help with meal prep, serving, and post-meal cleanup, ensuring strict sanitation and timely service.

Ideal candidates have prior dietary aide experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A HS diploma or equivalent is required; food service certification is a plus.

• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines in a kitchen setting.
• Ability to prepare meals per instructions using kitchen equipment.
• Friendly demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Physically able to work in a fast-paced dining environment.
• HS diploma or equivalent; food service certification is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Set up tables and dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under guidance of a dietary manager or cook.
• Deliver dishes and trays promptly to designated rooms and times.
• Assist in post-meal cleanup by clearing dining areas and collecting items.
• Maintain hygiene by disposing of leftovers and taking out garbage.
• Keep food stations clean, wash dishes, cooking equipment, and silverware.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and maintain inventory.
• Contribute to upkeep of kitchen equipment and appliances.
