Responsibilities

• Review, prepare & serve meals in accordance with planned menus with standardized recipes and special diet orders.
• Ensure the department is clean and safe; follow infection control precautions during daily tasks.
• Perform dishwashing/cleaning procedures; ensure utensils are readily available for next meal.
• Prepare & deliver snacks; deliver food carts and trays; serve food and drinks in the dining room; sweep & mop floors as instructed.
