Responsibilities

• Sets up meal trays and dining areas as instructed
• Assists in serving meals to residents
• Prepares and delivers snacks as directed
• Checks diet trays before distribution
• Delivers food carts and trays to designated areas
• Works with the dietitian and Dietary Supervisor as necessary
• Maintains sanitary conditions of work tables, equipment and utensils
• Ensures food and supplies for the next meal are ready
• Executes diet spreadsheets and adheres to policies
