Qualifications

• Prefer one year experience as a food service aide in an institutional setting.
• Computer skills are required.
• Meets all state and federal background check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handles and stores all food according to facility procedures and safety guidelines.
• Assists with food preparation as directed by supervisor.
• Prepares items according to standardized recipes and safe handling practices.
• Operates institutional food prep equipment as directed.
• Assembles and verifies diet trays for residents.
• Delivers trays to dining areas and units, and assists with tray setup.
