Responsibilities

• Handles and stores food according to facility procedures and safety guidelines.
• Assists with meal preparation and sets up the food tray line.
• Prepares diet trays and verifies correct diet per residents' cards.
• Delivers trays to dining areas and resident units with accuracy.
• Cleans dishes and maintains equipment and workspaces per procedures.
• Reports equipment problems and participates in safety and sanitation tasks.
