Responsibilities

• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.

• Check and record chlorine concentration and water temperature of dishwashing equipment.
• Operate dishwasher and maintain proper sanitation standards.
• Carry out trash removal and grocery organization.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training of dietary staff.
