Responsibilities

• Operates dishwashing equipment and maintains sanitation standards.
• Receives, stores, and distributes dietary supplies; monitors inventory.
• Sets up dining areas, delivers meals, and assists with special dietary requests.
• Follows dietary standards and participates in training on regulations.
